• Cover your unit when it’s not in use. All-weather covers prevent water, dirt, and debris from collecting inside the burning area, and will also prevent unnecessary wear and tear from inclement weather conditions

• Don’t use plastic materials in or around your fire pit. Melted plastic is extremely difficult to remove and will ruin the fire pit’s surface.

• Generally, you can use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to clean the surface gently and outside of the fire pit. Avoid harsh chemicals and other cleaning agents.

• For solid concrete fire features, we recommend applying a water-based transparent sealant coat every 1-2 years, or depending on the weather conditions in your locality. This process will take only  10-15 minutes and will keep your unit in pristine condition.

• Your fire feature will be shipped fully crated.
