1. What are your delivery options?

NON OVERSIZED/NON OVERWEIGHT ITEMS

At checkout, a standard shipping fee will be added to the grand total.

OVERSIZED/OVERWEIGHT ITEMS

A customized shipping quotation will be provided to customers within 24 hours of requesting it. This applies to large size or large weight items such as oversized furniture and concrete products.

2. Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we provide international shipping service at buyers expense. For additional info. please feel free to Contact Us.

3. Are there any processing or handling fees?

 

​No, as part of our low price policy, Pottery Works® does not charge for any handling fees.

4. How do I track my order?

 

We will provide tracking information once orders have shipped.

5. Are all of your products identical?

Given the fact that some of our products are artisan crafted, they tend to vary a bit in color and texturemaking each and every one of them unique.

6. What is your estimated processing time?

 

All of our orders take from 1-2 business days to process plus the shipping time frame.

7. What is your returns policy?

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, you can return the unused product in it's original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund, plus any applicable sales tax. This rule applies to all products unless otherwise stated.

 

If you need to return an item please contact our customer service team so that we can provide you with a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Once you receive this number you can ship items back to:

Please include packing slip and send your return to us via the shipper of your choice at own expense.


Shipping charges and freight surcharges are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will usually take place within 7-10 business days after return of merchandise.

 

We highly recommend that you insure all returned items as refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged or lost during the return process.

Any cancellation after the specified time frame or returns not related to damaged items will incur in a 20% restocking fee.


Special orders and internationally shipped items are non-returnable.

8. Do you offer Local Pickup?

Yes, we offer free local pickup at our San Diego, Ca.  facility  prior payment and order processing.
