  • What is your estimated processing time?
    All of our orders take up to 1 business day to process.
  • What are your business hours?
    Our Customer Service Hours Are: Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm (PST) Saturday & Sunday: 8 am - 2 pm (PST)
  • Do you provide international delivery?
    Yes, we can provide international shipping service at the buyer's expense. The customer is also responsible for all customs-related paperwork. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
  • How do I track my order?
    The tracking information is usually provided by the carrier within 24 hrs. after the product has shipped out.
  • What is the product lead time?
    Two days to up to four weeks, depending on the product and added accessories. This does not include transit and delivery time.
  • Are all of your products identical?
    Given the fact that most of our products are hand-crafted, there may be a slight variation in color and texture, making each one of them unique as a result.
