All products are carefully packaged and shipped out in a crate or box to protect them in the best way possible during transit or against any mishandling situation, so rest assured that we're always striving to improve the shipping process to maintain a low damage percentage rate.

Shipping Options

Your cart will reflect the delivery options available for your order from the following:

  • Free: Curbside drop-off, LTL curbside freight (liftgate service included).

  • Available for a fee: Threshold delivery (Inside any access door or garage).

  • Free: Home delivery for vessel sinks.

LTL Shipping Guidelines

To make the shipping process a seamless experience, we encourage all of our customers to please read the following guidelines:

 

• An appointment will be made by the carrier to deliver the product.

• When delivered, we suggest thoroughly inspecting the product while the carrier is still on site, and removing any plastic packaging if necessary.

• We encourage our customers to avoid signing the Bill of Lading until the item is inspected.

• If any damage is noticed, we highly recommend placing a “Refused Due to Damage” note on the Bill of Lading and contacting us afterward.

• Inside delivery for major carriers usually means that the product will be placed into the first threshold of your home (i.e. inside of a garage or any access door).

• The driveway should be clear and accessible to allow truck and pallet jack mobility.

Return & Exchange Policy

Pottery Works is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase. Product must be returned in the original packaging and buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. How to Return or Exchange a Product

To return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. If you qualify, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and new, unused condition. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
