Inside Delivery for most LTL carriers usually means that the product will be placed into the first theshold of your home or business.

Your fire feature will be shipped fully crated.

The tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the carrier provides the updated shipping PRO number.

The carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment once your product arrives at your local terminal.

First-Threshold Delivery: First-Threshold means that your product will be placed across any access door or garage. If this option is selected, please ensure the driveway is flat and accessible to allow truck and/or pallet jack access.

Please inspect your product upon receipt (removing any packaging if necessary). If you notice any damage, please refuse delivery from the carrier and Contact Us immediately.
Returns: We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

- You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.

- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Products that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.

- Please get in touch with Us within 5 days of receipt in the event of concealed damage.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time; however, a 10% restocking fee could be applied if the order is not canceled within 24 hrs. after the order was placed. This covers any processing and/or carrier fees.
Cover your unit when it’s not in use. All-weather covers prevent water, dirt, and debris from collecting inside the burning area, and will also prevent unnecessary wear and tear from inclement weather conditions

Don’t use plastic materials in or around your fire pit. Melted plastic is extremely difficult to remove and will ruin the fire pit’s surface.

Generally, you can use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to clean the surface gently and outside of the fire pit. Avoid harsh chemicals and other cleaning agents.

For solid concrete fire features, we recommend applying a water-based transparent sealant coat every 1-2 years, or depending on the weather conditions in your locality. This process will take only 10-15 minutes and will keep your unit in pristine condition.
